Atheism, the faiths of no gods, has been known since before Qakhomatze, and has for most of the history of Illte, existed amicable along the faith of the gods. This changed, however, in 967 a.Q., when Leisha of Grune founded the society later known as the Followers of Leisha. Since that time there has been increasingly more religious unrest in Illte. Following legislation in 1058 a.Q., their freedom to practice their faith has been quite limited.
