Welauneqi's Fist, (Delang: Δероьа ҩнѠелҩнеьі (Dexoqa aunWelauneqi), IPA: /dexuqa ɔnwelɔ:neqi/), was a stone shaped as a small fist, that was originally found by a party of 11 children in 968 a.Q, on an outing on a skerry not too far east of Wentegeru. The fist was, eventually, in 1043 a.Q, dumped in the volcano near Wentegeru. By that time the stone had cost the life of more than 100 persons, including the original finders.

The party of kids, (Delang: ѕвҩга (svauga), IPA: /svɔga/), led by the twins Cagey Faon, (Delang: Ьагі Fаѡн (Qagi Fawn), IPA: /qagi fawn/), and Alivia Karin, (Delang: Аљівја Каłін (Allivja Karin), IPA: /aɭivja kaɹin/), both scheduled to take their final exam a week later, went sailing and camping at the skerries near the eastern end of The Equatorial Barrier Reef, (Delang: Месеьєј (Mezeqeuj), IPA: /me:zeqøj/), known as The Sickness Reef, (Delang: Малеьєј (Maleqeuj), IPA: /ma:leqøj/). According to records found on the twins' Computer Pads, (Delang: Сірон (Zixon), IPA: /zixu:n/), a few of the younger kids sailed into The Sickness Reef where they located the fist-shaped rock later named Welauneqi's Fist. Within hours of collecting the rock, the kids got so horrible sick that Alivia Karin injected each of them with a lethal dose of Carnackfish antivenom. Unfortunately, the sickness spread rapidly to the rest of the party during the night. By morning the supply of antivenom had run out and the twins were left to die a horribly death in excruciating pain.

The rescue party that was sent out to search for the kids, later told that while most of them died peacefully, the faces of the twins showed clearly what a evil way death by the sickness of The Sickness Reef truly was. Even death by Carnackfish venom would've been better. However, for, at the time, unknown reasons, even the rescue party quickly became sick and died, as did anyone else who handled the stone. Within days it was assumed that the stone carried the disease that quickly killed anyone who came in contact with it. It was, for that reason, named Welauneqi's Fist.
