Illte is the Delang name for the southern continent of the world. As far as is currently known by the Illomi and the Zhonyo, Illte stretched from just north of the equator and down towards the south pole. It is thought that Illte covers the south pole.

The size of Illte is comparable to the combined size of Africa, South-America and Antarctica in our world, however the inhabitable landmass is, in total, no bigger than Australia.

When the source people entered the continent, they saw reefs and small and larger islands as far as their eyes could see. Therefore they named the continent Island Continent, Ill-teljen, which was soon shortened to Illte.
