The act of equality of faith was enacted in 1058 a.Q. with great majority. The legislation was only opposed by the Followers of Leisha.

By this legislation, WE, the parliament of Illte, set forth the following laws to be followed by all inhabitants of Illte, both Illomi and Zhonyo, in all communities and on all islands on the continent.

By this law the following restriction of the freedoms stated are in place as of the 1059th day of Qakhomatze[1], as is held by tradition by all:


The following freedoms are restricted by this law:
〶 The freedom of speech.


The following restriction are added to said freedom:
〶 By this law it has been deemed necessary to limit the freedom to speak the claims held to be true by the Followers of Leisha, that the Homi are the descendants of the Priomi, until this claim has been proven beyond any possible doubt in a court of law and a court of knowledge[2].
〶 By this law it has been deemed necessary to limit the freedom to speak any claim of faith that one faith is better than any other. While our faiths may differ, we are still the same.


The following freedoms are restricted by this law:
〶 The freedom of movement.


The following restriction are added to said freedom:
〶 By this law it has been deemed necessary to limit the freedom of movement for any person who are deemed by court of law to have disregarded the restriction of speech added by this law, for an amount of time set by the court to be no less than 4 days, unless other laws deems this to be invalid, and to be no more than 49 days, unless other laws deems this to be invalid.


This law is the will of the parliament elected by the people of Illte in 1057 a.Q. by both Illomi and Zhonyo alike. This law has been attested by the majority and the minority to have been passed according to the laws of the parliament set down by Qakhomatze, tradition and court of law. This law has been sanction by King within the allotted time set down by law.

All signatures was validated by three Witnesses at the time of signing. All signatures are available, as required by law and tradition.
